Agents of the National Police have arrested a man, 71 years old, in SPain for a crime against freedom and sexual indemnity. According to the investigations, the arrested man would have touched a youg girl in her private areas when he came across her in the doorway of his house.
The investigation was initiated as a result of the victim's complaint. According to the first inquiries, the couple of the woman witnessed part of the events since he was waiting for her at the exit of the building. The complainant stated that when she tried to leave through the portal of her block, she was approached in a surprise manner by a neighbor who subjected her to touching her in her private areas, while at the same time proposing sex for money.
